Hi, I’m Mylyn Hosokawa

I have been an athlete my whole life, from a circus performer to an ultramarathoner. I muscled my way through life with hard work and little softness and understanding of my needs. I was once a person with extreme highs and lows which brought about a decade long eating disorder. I know what it feels like to be stuck in an endless cycle of dieting, obsessing over food, and never feeling “good enough.” For years, I thought health meant control—strict rules, guilt, and constantly chasing the “perfect” body. But no matter how disciplined I was, I never felt at peace.

It took me a long time to realize that real health isn’t about extremes—it’s about listening to your body, nourishing it without fear, and finding freedom in food again. Once I let go of the rules (took me years) and started learning to trust myself, everything changed.

Now, I help other women who feel lost in their health journey—women who are tired of restriction, tired of feeling at war with their bodies, and ready for something different. Through intuitive eating, mindset shifts, and sustainable habits, I’ll help you ditch the guilt, rebuild trust with food, and create a healthier relationship with yourself.

My Approach

It takes 90 days to create a new habit and it takes consistency and prioritizing yourself to make lasting changes. I come with a holistic, meaning gentle non invasive approach through mindful journalling and meditation.
